Class Descriptions

  

Gentle: 

This level is for students with health issues, such as neck, back or knee problems and/or health concerns.   A written release from the student’s physician may be required. 

Beginner:

This level is for the student that is new to this style of yoga.

Level II:

This level is for the student who is more experienced in this style of yoga.  There are more challenging postures, developing Pranayama techniques and study of the Yoga Sutras.

Meditation:

This class consists of yoga poses to strengthen and relax the body.  Meditation will help to calm the mind and give greater clarity. 

Mindful Muscles:

This class combines yoga and strength training.

There is 30 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of strength training, ending with 15 minutes of yoga.

Prenatal:

This class is for the pregnant woman.  She will learn yoga poses and breathing that will help with the pregnancy and labor and delivery.
